Legal
Junk
Sorry, this has to be here to cover
everyone's butt because there
are those certain sue happy people who caused everyone and lawyers
to put up disclaimers to waste this big blob of space in the FAQ
(and this also wastes my time for writing something reminding
people
of obvious things). And to make sure people (you, the reader)
understand how serious I am about this, I will first apologize for
some of the more "colorful" language used below. Would you rather
read legalese? ;)

The most important thing is to use your common sense! As a car
enthusiast, you should know that by modifying or changing
components
of your car voids warranties. If you do not feel comfortable about
this,
then don't do it! Changing some components of your car will not
void
every single warranty. For information about this, check with SEMA
at
http://www.enjoythedrive.com
If you modify your car and if that
particular modified component breaks, it's YOUR problem. If
you get hurt
or die because of the modified component, that's YOUR problem.
We do not
condone street racing because it is dangerous, blah blah blah. Usage
of
some modifications are for "off road" purposes only, blah blah
blah.
Testing of modifications should only be done under controlled
conditions,
such as a race track, blah blah blah. Always wear your seat belt,
blah blah blah. If you get in trouble with the law due to the
modifications,
speeding, reckless driving, etc. that's YOUR problem. Information
contained
herein has thought to be correct at time of writing. I take no
responsibility in
problems caused by incorrect information. It is up to you to ensure what
information you are using is correct and if isn't so to let me know!
Anyway,
do not
come crying to me, Mazda, or anyone else about any screw ups YOU
caused. If you are one of those people who like to blame others and
whine
about something you broke, then DO NOT read this FAQ. If you are one of
the even more select group of people who are irresponsible, lame, sue
happy
people for something stupid you did because you "didn't know", then DO
NOT read this FAQ.
Again, sorry for the "colorful" language. It's purpose was to be
more
enjoyable to read and understandable. :) Anyway, from here on I will
be
assuming you have understand and agreed to the terms, blah blah blah.
Ok,
let's get the show on the road! :D
