The location of the shift lock override button has changed for the 1994 model year. To comply with new regulations, the location of the button is now below the surface of the shift indicator panel (see illustration below).
During normal operation the shift lock override button is covered by a plastic cap on the shift indicator panel. During transportation, this cap is not inserted.
During Pre-Delivery Inspection install the cap into the shift indicator panel.
