The engine may flare during the 2-3 upshift, line pressure is within
spec, but on the low side and throttle valve (TV) pressure is low.
Adjust the throttle cable until line pressure is set to 60 psi (4.0
Bar). When line pressure is increased, throttle valve pressure will also
increase bringing it into spec.
