The starter motor may not function (will not crank) on some early       
production vehicles.

Check connector X17 located at the main fuse block in the engine
compartment. The 4 wire connector has a B/R wire that operates the
starter solenoid. The B/R wire may have been pushed out of its connector
during
vehicle assembly.

Disconnect terminal X17 and push the B/R wire into connector until it
locks, then reinstall connector X17 into place.
