0001004 Dealer Repair Information
There may be water leakage around the windshield during light or heavy
rain under normal driving conditions.
Insufficient sealer was applied around the windshield, and there are
some gaps where no sealer at all was applied at the production line.
Remove the outer windshield moldings and the inner windshield trim.
Visually inspect for areas missing sealer. If the sealer is visually ok,
then apply compressed air and feel the opposite side for air coming
through. Apply sealer if necessary.
The sealer application method has been changed on the assembly line to
ensure the proper amount of sealer is applied.
