0001067 Dealer Repair Information
If erratic or rough idle and/or misfire are present with no trouble
codes stored, it may be due to a loose ground on the cylinder head near
the driver's side.
Refer to the applicable wiring Protege/323 diagram. The ground controls
the injectors, and if loose, will not trigger properly.
Inspect and tighten the 10mm bolt that holds the ground at the driver's
side cylinder head.
