Symptoms and Conditions
Under extreme cold ambient temps (-4 -20 c)) customers may experience
intermittent cranks but wont start condition, due to the contact points
of main or fuel pump relay freezing.
Repair Procedure
If you encounter a customer with this concern replace the main and fuel
pump relays with the improved type.

Main JE16-18-811
Fuel Pump B69F-18-821
Note: New and old relays can be identified by the first four digits of
the relays part number, that is stamped on the relay case.
Mass production change scheduled for June 2003.
