NAVI DISPLAY READS "APPLICATION NOT LOADED"

Some customers may complain of the navigation display not operating     
correctly. "Application not loaded. Please insert upgrade disk."- May   
be displayed on panel continuously.                                     
Please refer to the repair procedure if this message is displayed.      
                                                                        
1. Verify concern.                                                      
2. Contact The National Technical Assistance Hotline and request to     
   have a NAVI operating software upgrade DVD sent to your location.    
3. Turn ignition switch to "ON" position.                               
4. Remove the NAVI map disc from the ROM player.                        
5. Insert upgrade DVD disc into ROM player. A progress bar and on screen
   prompts will appear on the display screen.                           
   WARNING!- Do not turn ignition switch or attempt to remove DVD when  
   upgrade is in progress.                                              
6. After upgrade is complete, reinstall map DVD into the ROM player.    
7. Verify repair.                                                       
                                                                        
Return update DVD to MNAO as soon as possible by following shipping     
instructions included with update disc.
