Some customers may complain their accessory electrochromic or
monochromatic mirror stays dark (night mode) all the time, even in
full sunlight. These types of mirrors include a self-adjusting day/
night function. A photo sensor is located on the back side of the
mirror that automatically darkens the mirror to night mode.

If a parking tag, air freshener, or other object is hung on the mirror,
it may obscure the sensor. Inform customers not to hang objects on the
mirror as it may affect the function of the mirror's day/night feature.
