NAVI screen shows no map and no map detail or shows the wrong region.
No NAVi trouble codes present and the GPS antenna appears to be
    operating properly.

After a vehicle is assembled or has had a NAV ECU replaced, the vehicle
must learn its new almanac position, and will not display an accurate
map until this is accomplished. If this has not already occured,
    perform the following steps:

    1. Park the vehicle outside.
    2. Turn the ignition on and let the vehicle sit for 15 minutes to
verify its position. (It is not required to have the NAV display on)
    3. Turn on NAV display and verify that vehicle shows its location.

NOTE: In place of steps 1 and 2, the vehicle may be driven for 15
minutes. Following this, Step 3 can be performed.
