Symptom and Conditions

When installing a replacement engine, the engine hangers may be configured differently than the factory hangers on the original engine. This may cause interference between components such as A/C hoses and accessories, resulting in possible damage to the components due to improper installation. 

Repair Procedure

When installing a replacement engine, visually inspect the difference in hangers between the original and replacement engine before installing the new engine. Swap the original hangers over to the replacement engine if necessary.
