Symptom and Conditions

If when attempting to configure the LCM in Exterior Lighting using IDS an error message may appear stating "Unable to Communicate With the LCM Module not Responding.

Repair Procedure

Exit the menu and delete the session. Start a new session and ensure that the Auto Headlamp Switch and Auto Wiper Switch are in the "OFF" posistion during vehicle ID using the IDS you will then be able to configure the LCM.
