Customers may be unsure if they can receive "the best of XM".

Repair Procedure

Basically, in the most simple terms, M-BUS vehicles will NOT get XM    
Stations and CAN-BUS vehicles will.  The reason is that the satellite  
system hardware was upgraded to handle additional channels (i.e. best of
XM) at the same time as the upgrade to the CAN-BUS language.  The      
hardware upgraded was the satellite module (DLP), which changed from   
Generation 1 (black module) to Generation 2 (light gray module).
